Suitcase to capture stardust and glare

This action is a site-specific work that completed the series exhibited in the exhibition A felicidade as vezes mora aquí, which celebrated the 17th anniversary of the Museu de Arte Contemporânea de Niteroi - MAC (Contemporary Art Museum of Niteroi). 

          The exhibition and performance create a dialog with the museum’s architecture, expanding the limits of the exhibition space. This performance intends to pay back to the universe with kind recognition and gests after acknowledging humankind’s impact on it. This series is part of the artist’s research on the consumer “universe” idea that can be seen in Cósmico producto del cosmos and complementing the project Retirante de tráfego cósmico.
